Bio
Courtney Resnick is the special assistant to the dean at the University of Maryland, Baltimore's School of Dentistry. In this leadership role, she advises and supports the dean in areas such as healthcare/medical topics, communications, special projects, and strategic planning.
Her scholarly interests include LGBTQ+ employees' experiences with microaggressions in the workplace and outcomes related to participating in leadership programs in the university setting.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family, hiking in the woods, traveling, watching New York sports teams, and handmaking gifts for family and friends.
