HampdenFest features three stages of music and art performances, an activity area for kids, an emerging artists exhibit, as well as four blocks of arts and crafts vendors and other wares from a wide range of merchants and artists. Hampden itself has hundreds of local businesses, which are consistently listed in Baltimore Magazine and the City Paper's Best of Baltimore. Be sure to check out the toilet bowl race from 3-5 on Chestnut!

- Baltimore Book Festival
Sept. 25-27, Baltimore Inner Harbor
The Baltimore Book Festival features hundreds of author appearances and book signings, 100+ exhibitors and booksellers, non-stop readings on multiple stages, cooking demos by celebrity chefs, poetry readings and workshops, panel discussions, walking tours, storytellers and hands-on projects for kids, street theater, live music, and a delicious variety of food, beer and wine.
