Cancer Survivorship: Fostering Resilience
An interprofessional, full-day conference focused on preparing cancer survivors for the challenges of completing treatment and for not only bouncing back but “bouncing forward” after cancer. Participants will learn from physicians, nurses, social workers, nutritionists, physical therapists, and cancer survivors, ways in which survivors, their support systems, and their health care team can build resilience after a diagnosis of cancer throughout their survivorship journey.
