Deadlines and Forms for Summer 2008 Ph.D. Candidates

As a graduate student at the University of Maryland, it is your responsibility to obtain the appropriate signatures and submit by the deadline dates all forms required for graduation. Forms are available online (see Graduate Student Progression) and from  Gayeann Day  in the Graduate School (110 S. Paca, fourth floor, 6-4626).

• Last day to submit the "Application for Diploma" form to Gayeann Day, Graduate School, 110 S. Paca, fourth floor. Login to SURFS (Student UseR Friendly System)for form.
  

Six Months Before Doctoral Examination

• Submit the "Nomination of Members for Final Doctoral Examination Committee" form to  Erin Golembewski, Graduate School, 110 S. Paca fourth floor.
