Deadlines and Forms for Spring 2008 M.S. (Thesis) Candidates

As a graduate student at the University of Maryland, it is your responsibility to obtain the appropriate signatures and submit by the deadline dates all forms required for graduation. Forms are available online (see Graduate Student Progression) and from Gayeann Day in the Graduate School (110 S. Paca, fourth floor, 6-4626).

• Last day to submit the "Application for Diploma" form to Gayeann Day, Graduate School, 110 S. Paca, fourth floor. Login to SURFS (Student UseR Friendly System) for form.
• Last day to submit the "Fulfillment of Course Requirements for Master's Degree" form to Gayeann Day, Graduate School, 110 S. Paca, fourth floor, unless you are in nursing. Nursing students must submit their forms to the registration office in the School of Nursing, room 108.
