On-campus parking is available to students. If you commute, you will first have to get a parking permit, which allows you to park on campus, but does not guarantee you a space. Commuters can park at the Lexington Garage and Koester's open lot (Lexington and Pine streets) at the current student rate on a first-come, first-served basis. A limited number of monthly parking permits are also available for the roof of Lexington Market West (Greene and Lexington streets). The permit is payable in advance by the first of each month, and guarantees you a parking space. Resident students pay for parking privileges by the semester or academic year. Resident students are guaranteed 24-hour parking. If you live in the Baltimore Student Union, you can park in the Pratt Street Garage. Parking and Commuter Services assigns Pascault Row residents spaces in the Lexington Garage.
